These terms cover the CoinScreener website and apps, including older versions, operated by NT Labs Pty Ltd, Australia. Features vary by platform and plan. Your mandatory rights under applicable law remain protected.
Our service
CoinScreener provides market information, alerts, signals, charts, and educational content, with AI explanations in some features. We do not execute trades or hold your trading funds. Perpetual contracts are derivatives, not ownership of the underlying assets.
Trading risks
Our content is general information, not personal investment advice or a recommendation to trade. Crypto assets and derivatives can result in total loss. Consider your circumstances and seek independent advice where needed.
Signals, AI explanations, and backtests can be wrong and do not guarantee future results. Backtests use historical data and assumptions, not actual customer trades. Fees, slippage, and execution conditions affect real outcomes. You are responsible for your trading decisions.
Your account
Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in and devices. Do not impersonate others or use accounts without permission. Contact us about suspected unauthorized access. Account recovery, transfers, and restoring purchases may require verification.
Subscriptions and renewals
The app or checkout shows prices, billing periods, offer conditions, and included features before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled. Pro and Polaris are separate subscriptions with separate renewals; purchasing one does not cancel the other. Existing purchases and annual renewals remain subject to their agreed terms.
Cancellation and refunds
Manage each subscription through Profile or its original billing provider. Ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal, with access continuing until the paid period ends. Account deletion cancels associated web subscriptions; app-store subscriptions require separate cancellation. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Contact us or your billing provider about billing errors or refunds. Refunds depend on your purchase and applicable law. Your mandatory rights to refunds and other remedies are not excluded.
Availability and notifications
Data, alerts, and notifications may be late, missing, or inaccurate. Delivery depends on data sources, connectivity, your plan, preferences, and device permissions. Do not rely on CoinScreener as your only way to monitor trading risk.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, bypass access restrictions, introduce harmful code, interfere with others, or collect data in ways that disrupt the service. Do not commercially redistribute paid feeds or content without permission.
Content and external services
Our branding, software, and original content are owned by or licensed to NT Labs Pty Ltd. Third-party rights remain with their owners. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Other copying or commercial distribution requires permission. External services have their own terms; links do not imply endorsement.
Ending or restricting access
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for misuse, security, payment issues, or legal requirements, and explain why where practicable and lawful. You can stop using the service and request account deletion. This does not remove your mandatory consumer rights.
Liability and consumer rights
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free information, or trading results. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing excludes liability, guarantees, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
Changes to these terms
We may update the service and these terms, subject to existing purchase agreements and applicable law. We will provide notice of material changes and seek consent where required.
